In a series of conceptually related designs, we propose new solutions for residential developments in Central America.
This study focuses on prefabricated low- and mid-rise residential developments in the tropics. The individual pre-fabricated building parts can be assembled on site; they can be adjusted in case of building extensions or reductions.
The product toolbox was developed for Holcim / Productos de Concreto; the local Costa Rican branch of Holcim Ltd., a global supplier of cement, aggregates and concrete.
